Please Note: At The Art Academy we have a great reverence for tradition, and thus many of the pictures that appear on this website are copies of professional artists’ works. For centuries students have learned the foundations of art by studying and reproducing the great works of the past. All copies were made solely for educational purposes. Instructors begin each class with a lecture on a new topic, ranging from proportion to the forms and function of muscle groups.
