ONLINE CLASSES

- We have found that Online classes are great for students who struggle to find the motivation to work on projects at home.
- Everyone works on individual projects.
- The online classes will be held via Zoom.
- An invitation will be sent to participants 15 minutes before a class begins, with students entering the Zoom classroom 5 minutes before class time.
- We will begin with hellos, followed by one-on-one introductory comments given on each project.
- Throughout the class students may send photos of their work to their teacher via email.
- Photos will be shared and analyzed by way of the screenshare feature on Zoom. This will give everyone the opportunity to learn from other students’ projects.
- The class ends with an overview of projects and ideas for personalized homework if students desire to do it.
- Our online Character Design and Digital Illustration Class come with weekly Friday Night Hangout Sessions. The session runs from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
a. These Sessions form a gathering of like-minded individuals to work on projects while casually enjoying the company of others.
b. There is always a teacher monitoring the session so students can get extra help with any challenges they may be experiencing in their artwork. - Students may also use the Hangout Sessions to make up any classes that have missed throughout the term.
